	INVITATION TO THE ICA CONGRESS 2008 2004-12-24 The National Archives of Malaysia are honoured to invite all ICA member countries, archival institutions and archivists from all parts of the world to attend the 16th International Congress on Archives in Kuala Lumpur in 2008. We aim to continue expanding our professional ties of cooperation and solidarity with the rest of the world and to excel as the second Asian host for ICA after Beijing. The International Congress on Archives 1950-2004 Vienna is the 15th International Congress on Archives, following in a long tradition. Like the Olympic games, the Congress takes place every four years. Previous Congresses have been held in the following cities.
